VINEYARDS | From the Costeta plot on the L’Arboç estate vineyard which is certified organic vineyards at 450 meters altitude, These Garnatxa vines were planted in 1977 on the chalky limestone soils in the Baix Penedes.
WINEMAKING | Hand harvested in small bins. Fermentation with natural yeast. Blended and bottled at the end of the fermentation, maintaining the carbonic gas produced during fermentation in the bottle. Aging for 6 months in the bottle.
TASTING NOTES | This fizzy petnat is packed with red fruit and watermelon flavors with subtle herbal, citrus, and floral notes throughout. Low alcohol and general deliciousness make this one totally gulpable and a welcome addition to any festive occasion.
