Organic farmed grapes from the Murillo vineyard, located northwest of Las Bardenas Reales (a natural park in the desert). Clay-calcareous soils with very little water. Vinification and aging in tank.

Pinot Noir from the two highest plots on Serral hill. These calcareous soils were formed in the Miocene with a clay-sand texture, pebbles, and low organic material content. Vinification & elevage in stainless.
