VINEYARDS & WINEMAKING |Handpicked grapes picked at optimal ripeness, seeking freshness and finesse. The wine underwent primary fermentation in a stainless steel tank and some small lots in neutral French oak for textural complexity. Three-month elevage before bottling.
TASTING NOTES |Aromatic, balanced, and refreshing, the 2025 Loren Crossing Sauvignon Blanc shows hallmark varietal complexity. Notes of melon, lime, papaya, grapefruit, citrus oil, white pepper, nectarine, and lemon zest lead to flavors of lemon-lime, ripe melon, guava, honeydew, and tangerine. Smooth and crisp with bright acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.
